I found out that every day in our life, sometimes without bad things happened, we felt negative feeling, no inner peace. And then, we confused, why this negativity enters without external cause. Turn out, there’s deeper cause, something with our heart. Our heart contain hate, bitterness.

This is interesting, because in bible Jesus told us to love even our enemy and forgive. And Bible put love value so high, and set love as a conclusion of all teaching in bible.

Now to understand this, we must to see life as Nicola Tesla said, “if you want to find the secrets of universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration.” Heart is device of universe, it works in energy, frequency and vibration Itself. So, it is making sense, when our heart contain bitterness, even without bad experience happen externally, our inner self is in low vibration energy, that is how the negativity comes.

Now, if we are not taking action to change the vibration energy to positive by forgiving, by love, the vibration energy will work and change our reality, change external world too. And then a lot of bad things happened, and it even get worse when we blame others. Blame keeps us down in negative vibration, hard to correct, hard to change, because we have no control over all things, over other people.

But if we focus in our heart, our inner self, start to be calm, and release negative emotions, release hate, release bitterness, accept all negativity and also positivity as balance as night and day of life, and change with forgiveness and love. That will bring inner peace at first, and we start to feeling positive, hope and love, even if external world seems bad. But command has given in energy field, we will see a lot of change in life, change even in people, in external world. Life change and become happier, more positive, more love and kindness and laugh.

We must take care of our heart with extra attention, because it is the source of spring of our life as Proverbs 4:23 said “Keep thy heart with all diligence; For out of it are the issues of life.”
