How to be Happy? (my experience)

Our experiences teach us that happiness can come and go by everything. When it comes to happiness, it’s like testing juice, some people may like it, some not, that’s mean something can make people suddenly happy but not always. 

Problem with this kind of happiness is unstable of the feeling, our happiness can change suddenly into sadness. Happiness that’s cause by external causes may lost faster, of course we don’t want that happen, our happiness must have born inside ourselves.

When our happiness come from inside, it’s harder for external causes to broke our happiness, so when our happiness come from inside we’re more likely to feel alright. But this is just good theory, actually our inner self is the first cause for our experiences like anxiety, worry, sadness or losing happiness.

Why I said this?

My experience opens my eyes. My status, financial and condition are way better than many of my friends, but I more likely to feel anxiety, worry even stress. The cause is simple, “over thinking”, I like to think and predict future and people minds, suddenly without my awareness I believe “my minds” as fact.

Brain doesn’t stop working, its keep accessing negative data which I input, and the output must be negative. So for long time my inner conversation keeps making everything became worse. 

But I found the key to happiness, they key is take control over our inner conversation and try to live our life with people we love. And believe me at the end “nothing worth, people we love Is everything, they’re like tree and water in desert”.
