I got this inspiration from Mell Robbins on TEDTalks “How Stop Screwing Yourself Over “, this is great talk, its opened my mind and made me understand about what screwing me up this long time “my own mind”
Yes, that’s true, I screw my own self. I talk to my inner self, everybody does this. Our talk with inner self make everything look worse than reality, we try to predict our future.
Consideration is good things but many time we tend to believe prediction as future reality that’s going to happen. When that happen, we dive into imagination world that lead to stay or no move or act to get what we want.
We living in jail of feeling, everything we did and do based on feeling like or not, in mood or not. When we grow older, we have idea and must leading ourselves without parents tell to do, that’s time our ideas not working cos we never start, we never start because our feeling not like or happy with it.
The solution is stop saying fine, say yes when yes and no when no. that’s the key. If you feeling not alright, just be honest to yourself. When we say “its fine”, we receive the condition which actually we hate it.
I write this as personal remembrance, which will help me to continue my life peacefully. I like think many bad past which actually can never be change, but that sad past keeps hunting me and took my happiness, but after I learned about this, I start to feel free and more happiness came.
